NewRésumé upload now tailors your entire feed

The strongest way in isn't the posting. It's who you already know.

Referrals aren't a networking nicety — they're the most reliable path into a job that exists. An estimated 70% of open roles are never publicly posted at all, and a personal referral makes you roughly 4x more likely to land an interview than a cold application. Your Roster reads your LinkedIn network against live company hiring and tells you exactly who you already know at the companies staffing up right now.

What it does — 01

The uncomfortable part is that you already have the advantage.

Your network, mapped

Every connection scored for referral strength — seniority, discipline fit, how recently you connected, whether they share an email.

  • Parses the LinkedIn Connections export you already have
  • Scores who can actually move a hiring decision
  • Surfaces multi-hop paths through people who know people

Live hiring signals

Openings read straight from the boards companies publish themselves — not a stale aggregator.

  • Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters, checked continuously
  • New postings flagged the day they go up
  • Agency reposts and expired listings filtered out

Built around your background

Upload a résumé once and it becomes the foundation of everything the app shows you.

  • Seniority, discipline, companies and skills extracted automatically
  • Every match re-ranked against your actual experience
  • Transferable, adjacent-discipline roles surfaced too, not just exact titles

You already know someone here.

A cold application is a document in a queue. An intro is a person saying talk to her. Same résumé, completely different conversation — and it is the one thing no auto-apply tool can generate for you.

How it works — 03

Three steps. About four minutes.

1

Export your connections

LinkedIn hands you the CSV in two clicks. Names, companies, titles — the network you spent a decade building and have never once queried.

2

We cross it against hiring

Every company in your file, checked against who is actually adding people right now — read live from the job boards those companies publish themselves.

3

You get a name, not a link

Not "apply here." The specific person you already know inside that company, how you know them, and a message you can send today.

Under the hood — 04

Everything a real search needs, none of the noise.

Search criteria that hold

Titles, industries, ordered location preferences and a target comp range — set once in your profile, applied to every match.

Exclusions that stick

Staffing-agency reposts and expired listings are filtered before you ever see them, not left for you to notice.

Warm intro, not a cold apply

Each match names the person, the relationship, and why they carry weight for this specific role.

A watchlist that works while you don’t

Track companies you care about and get a signal the moment they open a role that fits.

“After my own layoff, the advice everywhere was to fix my résumé. What actually got me back in the room was someone I already knew. Your Roster is the tool I wish had existed then — one that just tells you who that person is.”

Questions — 06

Frequently asked questions.

How is this different from LinkedIn or a job board?

There is no listings page to browse. Every match requires that you already have a way in — someone you know directly, or one hop away through someone you know — so what you see is companies where an application would not start from zero.

Do you store my LinkedIn export?

The file itself is parsed in memory and never saved. What we keep is the connection data extracted from it — names, companies, titles — because that is what lets the app keep working the next time you sign in, not a fresh upload every visit.

Is Your Roster free?

Yes. No card, no trial, no paid tier.

Where do the job listings come from?

Live from the boards companies publish themselves — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. Not a scraped aggregator, and not a listing you cannot verify is still open.

A company I care about isn't showing up. Why?

Not every employer uses one of the four boards we can read, so this is a floor, not a ceiling. Put it on your watchlist and we will watch it a different way — executive changes, funding and expansion, instead of a live board.
