In LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data → Connections. It arrives as Connections.csv.

What we read
Name, company, title, and when you connected. Email addresses are counted but never stored.
What we never do
Message anyone on your behalf. Sell or share the list. Keep the raw file after matching.
